Membership subscriptions are calculated on the basis of stock size, where a member has no stock, a standard charge is levied as agreed by the Board. Each year the Board will agree an inflationary rise to cover for all of its membership categories.

Members outside of the North are admitted under our Affiliate membership category which covers strategic public housing bodies and Social housing outside of the North.

Members of the Board (Directors) are elected by the Full membership annually at the Companys Annual General Meeting. There are a maximum of fifteen Directors on the Board, made up of an equally-balanced representation of Directors from each of the three northern regions currently five from each region.
