Housing Training and Events Manager
Salary up to £33k plus benefits
The Housing Training and Events Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding our highly successful events portfolio. This will involve: conducting detailed audits of the events marketplace and reviewing the existing portfolio; identifying and researching new event opportunities; designing the individual event programmes; recruiting and briefing speakers; enlisting and managing external associates. In order to do this, you will be fully confident in your knowledge and understanding of the key policy issues affecting housing.
You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a sound appreciation of the social housing sector and, in particular, the Consortium's members. The ability to communicate effectively and to engage with people at all levels is essential.
You will already have a proven track record in large volume event design and delivery.

Performance Improvement Advisor
Salary up to £35k plus benefits
The Performance Improvement Advisor will join our team of experts, focussing on assisting our Members on their journey to excellence and achieving more for less by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the way they do business.
You will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of regulatory issues within the housing sector and of tenant facing services. You will have a successful track record of helping organisations improve their performance through their people, processes and systems. You will have a sound understanding of national and regional political and administrative structures and experience of working with the relevant committees and groups.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, and will be confident presenting information in both formal and informal settings.
