2010/11 Roadshow, Sponsored by:
Efficiency gains have never been higher up the corporate agenda than in this current economic climate. Introducing flexible and mobile working solutions has been proven to offer huge savings and efficiency benefits. For organisations within the housing sector, with a diverse and dispersed range of clients, sites and services, the potential payback can be vast. There are a multitude of benefits to be derived from mobile working, including:
Organisational Benefits
. Increased productivity
. More accurate reporting
. Effective managing of workers' schedules
Employee Benefits
. Improved work life balance
. Reduced time on form filling & reports
. Increased Health & Safety
Environmental Benefits
. Reducing travel to and from offices/headquarters
. Eliminating paper records, thereby reducing carbon footprint
Customer Benefits
. Faster response rates
. Freeing on-call care workers to provide more adult service each day, and allows access to critical patient information, enabling carers to make informed decisions and provide an enhanced service.
Following the success of the Northern Housing Consortium's first MOBex exhibition last year, and in response to demand from exhibitors and delegates, in 2010 we will host a Northern and a Southern MOBex, using two of the most popular venues previously used for HITEX events.
In addition, some of our Members who are already successfully using mobile working solutions will be attending the event, so that the key people responsible for the implementation of their solutions can meet with delegates to offer advice and share good practice.
