The pressure on social housing organisations to provide decent, affordable homes for all continues unabated. The need to ensure equality of opportunity remains paramount, but this can get lost in "running the business".
The established Equality & Diversity conference, in association with Housing Diversity Network, will enable housing organisations to take practical steps to ensure equality and diversity is fully integrated throughout service delivery and that culturally sensitive, more customer focused housing services are provided.
