The housing sector has and is experiencing vast changes with the introduction of new agencies and policies, the focus around diversity has never been greater, housing providers need to address the different needs of their customers and ensure they can access services and are fully engaged and have a say around services offered.
This established annual Equality and Diversity conference is aimed at practitioners to enable them to take practical steps to ensure equality and diversity is fully integrated throughout service delivery and that culturally sensitive, more customer focused housing services are provided.
Delegates will have the opportunity to hear from organisations around their good practice and practical experience of tackling issues relating to equality and diversity.
