Once your booking has been received, the information will be input into our database and a booking receipt email will be sent to the contact name for the booking. A confirmation letter and invoice will then be raised and these will be posted to the contact name for the booking within 7 working days.

If after 7 working days you have not received a confirmation letter and/or invoice please contact the Events Team on 0191 5661000 to ensure your booking has been received.

A. If you reserve a residential delegate place your accommodation will automatically be booked for the night in-between the conference days. Your accommodation will be reserved on a single occupancy basis; however we are unable to guarantee room type. If you require accommodation for alternative dates you must book this direct with the venue.
