The publication of the Tenant Services Authority's (TSA) Regulatory Framework including the new TSA standards means that all social housing providers now have a clear framework for assessment and expected outputs.Over the next few months the Northern Housing Consortium and the Tenant Services Authority will be working to deliver the practical help and clarity needed to prepare your organisation for the new regime and ensure you are best placed to meet the new framework.
We will be holding a programme of interactive action learning groups, focused on:
