Following last year's successful event with the Audit Commission, The Northern Housing Consortium, has organised this one-day workshop Specifically tailored around carrying out and producing your selfassessment.

This year has seen significant changes in inspection and regulation. The Introduction of short-notice inspection and the planned changes with the new Tenant Services Authority will mean that self-assessment will continue to play a critical role.
