The Consortium and Marsh
Following a European Procurement (OJEU) exercise the Consortium and Marsh appointed Royal and SunAlliance to be the underwriters of its unique insurance scheme.
The scheme is designed to meet the individual and differing needs of Consortium members and their tenants, taking into account the resources available with regard to administering, marketing and promoting a tenants contents insurance scheme. The scheme gives a choice of administration methods to suit members needs and resources.
The service is free to Consortium members and offers the opportunity to enhance the range of services provided to tenants whilst also assisting in combating social and financial exclusion as a part of best value.
