We have a highly qualified team of research and intelligence staff, experienced in the field of social research, who have expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Our experience is wide-ranging and we have specialist knowledge in the following areas:

Analysis of housing needs, aspirations and expectations which satisfy the ODPM's Housing Market Assessment Manual

Flexible and dynamic housing market modelling and testing, including critical friend analysis

Monitoring of customer satisfaction through a variety of different vehicles, including surveying and mystery shopping. The tenant satisfaction survey also enables customers to meet the statutory Best Value Performance Indicators 74 and 75, required by the ODPM
