With the introduction of the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), the advent of short notice inspections with an increased emphasis on self assessment, and the continued development of Comprehensive Area Assessments, the importance of effective performance management is higher than ever. Housing organisations must continue to review existing arrangements to ensure they provide excellent services, by involving customers and meeting the needs of the regulators.
This year’s Performance Management Conference, now in its 7th year, will consider how this can be best achieved. Delegates will hear from key players at TSA and the Audit Commission, as well as experienced practitioners who will detail the future operating environment and what excellent organisations will be seeking to have in place to meet these challenges. In particular:
- The latest on Codes of Practice and Excellence standards
- The working arrangements between inspection and regulation
- How will the KLOEs develop
- What are the best performance management arrangements currently being picked up on inspections?
- What kinds of self challenge/assessments produce the best outcomes?
