The Northern Housing Consortium is delighted to invite you to attend one of our free roadshows on how a whole system thinking approach can transform the delivery of your housing services.

You may be aware of systems thinking and want to see how it has worked in practice or are looking for a proven method which will deliver dramatic improvements to your bottom line, improve satisfaction amongst both staff and customers. These short workshops will give you a real insight into the benefits of taking a systems approach to service delivery.

As the preferred partner for delivering the tried and tested Vanguard Method, the Northern Housing Consortium and those organisations who have already employed the method will give a real world insight into how it has transformed the way they deliver services.

Systems thinking has been employed in a range of housing functions, including:

• Repairs and maintenance
• Voids and allocations
• Income management

Experienced practitioners will provide a focused and practical examination of how they have used systems thinking in their organisation, what the results have been, and how they have overcome challenges along the way.

If you are serious about wanting your organisation to:

• Reduce void turnaround time
• Complete repairs in unprecedented timescales
• View services from a customer perspective
• Free-up resources to address what matters to customers

then come along and see first hand what it is all about.
