The Northern Housing Consortium has been running a housing-specific Antisocial Behaviour Study Group for the past 13 years. The aim of the group, which is for the benefit of both members and non-members, is to give antisocial behaviour staff the chance to get together and take a collective look at the services they provide.

The group is the perfect opportunity to learn from other practitioners, including public and private agencies who are involved in tackling antisocial behaviour. Members of the group have the opportunity to gain new ideas and share best practice, as well as hear about new Government policies and discuss how they affect the sector.

Members have recently benefitted from hearing from expert speakers on the changes brought about by the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act and about more specific challenges facing colleagues such as domestic abuse and illegal tobacco sales.

The group’s membership is primarily taken from the North East and North Yorkshire, and members have the opportunity to help shape the Northern Housing Consortium’s annual Crime and Antisocial Behaviour Conference which covers the latest developments and issues affecting staff.

Membership fees
£99 + VAT for NHC members
£129 + VAT for non-members
