CONTACTnet is a network of NHC members who come together to explore issues specific to contact centres and call centres within the housing sector.

The network meets quarterly, often with guest speakers, to benchmark on key performance indicators, discuss challenges and good practice, and to hear the latest policy updates affecting contact centres and the sector as a whole. Our next meeting is on Thursday 28th July.

12:15 to 12.30 – Local Housing Allowance (LHA) Cap

12.30 to 1.15 – Lunch

1.15 to 1.45 – Charges

2.15 to 2.45 – Driving culture change

1.45 to 2.15 – VFM in communities’ teams
