Earlier this year The NHC and 24housing held the first of our ‘Communications in Housing’ regional roundtable events in the North East, Yorkshire & Humber and the North West. The events provided a great opportunity for communications teams to come together to learn from colleagues and discuss a range of topics affecting day-to-day roles and wider sector themes.
This FREE regional roundtable event is aimed at communications professionals within the housing sector. To shape the event and to ensure we are staying current we are making this an attendee-led event and are keen to hear from you what topics you would like to learn more about or best practice you wish to share with colleagues.
Timings are as follows:
10:30 – Arrival and networking
11:00 – Introductions from the Editor of 24housing and update from the NHC
11:20 – Guest Speaker – Steven Parker, Managing Director, Digital Allies
11:45 – 12:00ish – comfort break
12:00 – 13:15 – Topic discussions
- Internal Communications – focus on measurement, KPI’s, feedback to staff
- Informal benchmarking exercise on different areas of communications: digital first, agile
working, customer digital portals, social media uses, customer experience, mergers,
customer magazine, remarketing methods, resources
- General discussion on any other topics suggested by attendees
13:15 – lunch and networking
14:00 – finish
