We’re launching a series of workshops exploring service delivery in tougher times.
These workshops will feature guest speakers discussing their approaches but the workshops are designed to be discussion focused and member led. Delegates will leave with new contacts, new ideas to explore and a refreshed approach. These sessions are a great opportunity to pick up and share innovative practice from across the sector.
With restricted budgets, how can we ensure the most effective customer engagement? Will we expect more or less from our customers in a scrutiny role now we’re faced with reduced regulation? This workshop will look in depth at engagement, customer insight and scrutiny in all its forms and in particular at how engagement might be more outcome focused for the business and customers. Our guest speaker and workshop lead Yvonne Davies, Managing Director, Scrutiny and Empowerment Partnership, will discuss successful, modern and dynamic methods of engagement, using examples from housing providers and a few ideas of her own.
