We’re launching a series of workshops exploring service delivery in tougher times.
These workshops will feature guest speakers discussing their approaches but the workshops are designed to be discussion focused and member led. Delegates will leave with new contacts, new ideas to explore and a refreshed approach. These sessions are a great opportunity to pick up and share innovative practice from across the sector.
This workshop will explore approaches to both responsive repairs and planned maintenance with a focus on delivering the same with less. Our guest speaker, Ian Gregg, Director of Asset Management, Riverside, will discuss Riverside’s MOT approach to repairs and why he feels this future-proofs the service.
