We’re launching a series of workshops exploring service delivery in tougher times.

These workshops will feature guest speakers discussing their approaches but the workshops are designed to be discussion focused and member led. Delegates will leave with new contacts, new ideas to explore and a refreshed approach. These sessions are a great opportunity to pick up and share innovative practice from across the sector.

Rent collection remains a huge member priority – faced with Universal Credit direct payments, the need to secure income and identify and assist struggling tenants is essential. Sasha Deepwell, Deputy Chief Executive, Wulvern, will discuss her approach to rent collection including Wulvern’s move to generic neighbourhood management, and how Wulvern identifies tenants before they go into arrears. We will also use this session to explore changing approaches to allocation criteria and affordability assessments.
