We’re launching a series of workshops exploring service delivery in tougher times.
These workshops will feature guest speakers discussing their approaches but the workshops are designed to be discussion focused and member led. Delegates will leave with new contacts, new ideas to explore and a refreshed approach. These sessions are a great opportunity to pick up and share innovative practice from across the sector.
There is still a commitment to delivering social value despite the tough times the sector is facing. This workshop will explore Regenda’s innovative approach to social value with our guest speaker, Steph Harrison, Executive Director – Operations & Customer Services. Steph will focus on how social value can drive increased efficiency, and how using social value can create improvements in both the business and the community.
