The next meeting of the Leasehold and Shared Ownership Network, in conjunction with Ward Hadaway, will take place on Thursday 18th October at the offices of Ward Hadaway in Leeds between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
A key part of this meeting of the network will examine the Law Commission’s recent consultation document “leasehold home ownership: buying your freehold or extending your lease” as well as the usual opportunities for attendees to suggest agenda items.
Delegates are asked, as per previous meetings, to suggest items for the agenda based on their current workload.
The group is an excellent opportunity to network and troubleshoot issues with colleagues working in leasehold and shared ownership in the north of England.
