The fifth meeting of the LHA Working Group will take place on Wednesday 20 September 2017 at the offices of One Manchester, Turing House, Archway 5, Hulme, Manchester, M15 5RL between 1pm and 3pm.

This event is for NHC members only.

Following the last meeting of the working group in York that looked at the impact of the LHA cap on under-35s, the main focus of this session will be to explore the impact of the LHA cap on older people in general needs properties, as well as to undertake a brainstorming session as to what housing providers can do to mitigate the impact of this policy on older people in general needs properties.

We will be hearing from Jenny Luckett and Richard Brint from Riverside about the work they have done mapping the impact of LHA on older people in general needs properties as well as speaking about the impact of the LHA cap on general needs properties for older people.

This event is certain to be popular so early booked is advised.
