Join an exciting line up of guest speakers at the North West Housing Forum’s upcoming debate on regeneration.

The North West Housing Forum is pleased to announce that Professor Ed Ferrari, Director of the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research (CRESR) at Sheffield Hallam University, will be the opening speaker for the Forum debate on Regeneration.

Professor Ferrari is a co-investigator on the £6m Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence (CaCHE) running from 2017-2022 and advises the Sheffield City Region on housing and planning issues.  His research interests include housing market analysis, policy and strategy, and transport and planning.

Joining Professor Ed Ferrari will be;

  • Gareth Swarbrick, Chief Executive of RBH;
  • Philip Whitehead from Countryside Properties;
  • Tony Mousdale from Liverpool City Council;
  • Pete Bailey, and;
  • Councillor George Davies, Chair of the North West Housing Forum and a representative of the Liverpool City Region.

In addition to this line up of speakers, time has specifically allocated to allow for a full debate with Forum members.  The outcomes of these discussions will then form a short paper outlining the regeneration needs of the North West, which will be presented to Government, the Shadow Cabinet and North West MPs.

We welcome all Officers, Board Members, or Elected Members who has a brief which crosses over with housing and regeneration issues.

This is a free to attend event, however it is important to reserve your place in advance by registering your interest at NorthWest.HousingForum@northern-consortium.org.uk
