PRS Working Group – Selective Licensing

The Northern Housing Consortium will be hosting the next meeting of the Private Rented Sector Working Group in the Cunard Building, Liverpool, L3 1DS between 2pm and 4pm on Tuesday 22 May 2018.

Following discussions at the last meeting, this meeting will focus on selective licensing. We are pleased that we will be joined by Phillip Stanley, Evaluation & Co-Regulation Co-ordinator at Liverpool City Council, who will talk about LCC’s use of the scheme as well as its successes and challenges.

We will also hear from Victoria Watts, DAHA Development Manager, about DAHA’s work to tackle domestic violence in the private rented sector.

There will also be an opportunity for those attending to suggest agenda items for discussion among colleagues.
