RBS is a financial services company based in Edinburgh with 24 million customers worldwide. They employ almost 115,000 people and provide a wide range of products and services to personal, commercial, and large corporate and institutional customers through two main subsidiaries: The Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest. They also operate through a number of other well-known brands including Charter One, Ulster Bank, and Coutts.

A primary focus for RBS is providing excellent customer experience to ensure they retain customers and to make sure their customers become advocates. This event will give Business Club delegates the chance to discover why RBS considers customer experience to be so critically important, looking specifically at how they influence and measure customer experience as well as a session regarding the outlook of how customer experience will change in the future.

Representing RBS on the day will be the Corporate Banking Head of Customer Experience and a senior partner from Nunwood – a customer experience management consultancy. The day will give you a deeper understanding of RBS’s customer experience methods and help you think about your own approach.
