Consortium Procurement is the national procurement function of the Northern Housing Consortium and covers the whole of the United Kingdom. We provide a wide range of housing, property and social related procurement frameworks and solutions, helping our members make efficiency savings, whilst continuing to deliver key housing services to their tenants and residents. Our aim is to assist Members respond to the increasing pressures placed upon them, through effective and efficient market access. This may include frameworks to specifically drive out efficiencies within commonly sourced products; through to longer term contracts to benefit from security of supply and a quick route to market. Importantly, we also develop contracts to enable Members to respond to changes in regulations and supply markets, and in line with Government legislation and policy.
