Alliance has been working together to develop a holistic approach to retrofitting incorporating contractors, consultants, suppliers, products, services, skills, jobs and resident training.

The process incorporated product development using consultants and ‘Registered Provider’ user and product groups and, extensive expertise and research through the Tenant Participation and Advisory Service (TPAS) and Fusion21’s Knowledge Transfer Partnership with The University of Salford.
