Universal Credit Focus Group Round 1

As part of NHC’s ongoing research into the effects of Universal Credit rollout on housing organisations, we are holding a series of focus groups to gather qualitative information on the issues faced by members during rollout of the new regime.

Topics to be discussed include:

1. Welcome & Introductions

2. Alternative Payment Arrangements

3. Time/cost to manage UC cases/support tenants

4. Communication issues

5. Other issues
